1. Who we are
ELS Driver Test Prep (elsglobal.co.uk) is provided by ELS GLOBAL LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17095467 ("we", "us"). Contact: support@elsglobal.co.uk.
2. What we provide
We provide information about council licensing tests and original practice questions to help you learn. We are independent. We are not a licensing authority, we do not book tests, and we are not endorsed by any council or test provider. Our questions are not real or official test questions. Practice results do not guarantee that you will pass any test, and you remain responsible for checking requirements with your council.
3. Free features
You can use free practice tests and guides without an account. We may change or remove free features.
4. Accounts
You need an account to use a purchased question bank. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email address. Keep access to your email secure. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
5. Buying a question bank
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any VAT that applies. Payment is taken by our checkout provider, Shopify.
- A council question bank is a one-off purchase of digital content. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
- Access is linked to the email address used at checkout. Sign in with that email address to use it. If you were signed in when you bought, access is added to that account.
- "Lifetime access" means access for as long as we provide ELS Driver Test Prep. It includes updates we make to that council's questions. If we stop providing the service or withdraw a council's question bank, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and if you bought it in the previous 12 months we will refund you.
- The all-councils pass covers every council we publish while you have it, including councils added later.
6. Your right to cancel
You normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. Before you go to checkout, we ask you to agree that access can start straight away and to confirm you understand that you lose the right to cancel once access starts. If you do not give this consent, we cannot provide access before the 14 days end. This does not affect your other legal rights. See our refund policy.
7. If something is wrong
Digital content must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If it is not, contact us and we will fix it. If we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Fair use
A question bank is for your own personal study. You must not copy, publish, resell or share our questions, try to download the question bank in bulk, share your account, or use automated tools to access the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, after telling you why where we can.
9. Our content
We own the copyright in our questions, explanations and guides. Official documents we link to belong to their publishers. Council names are used only to describe which test our material relates to.
10. Our responsibility to you
We take care to keep content accurate and up to date, but councils can change their rules without notice. We are not responsible for decisions made by councils or test providers. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms. The version shown when you buy applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
